PERFORMANCE FITNESS TRAINING PACKAGES
Types of training:
Online training - I will provide you with a training program designed help you accomplish your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your workouts will be sent through an online training platform and will contain videos to help you complete each workout properly. I will also be able to check your progress as you complete each workout in your program
One-on-one/Semi-private/Group - All training sessions are one hour and are trained in either a gym or outdoors. Each week during the training session I will guide you through your workout and discuss your workouts for the week. I will also check your progress mid-week with a phone call or Skype to make sure we are on course to with your training plan.

In Person Fitness Performance Training Packages
Training sessions either outdoors, in a gym or another agreed upon location. Each package includes workout plans, nutrition plans and check-ins.
Pricing: based on 2 sessions per week at $70/hr
3 month: $500/month
6 month: $455/month
12 month: $410/month
Want to train with friends or family? I offer group training so that you can go through my program with the support of your family or friends.
Pricing: based on 2 sessions per week at $50/hr
12 month: $336/month/person
6 month: $352/month/person
