I found a document that I found very interesting and makes meal planning a bit easier. It also makes it where the meals don't have to be boring. You can only eat chicken for so long before you can't stand the sight of it. Precision Nutrition created a chart that lists types of proteins, carbs, veggies and a healthy fat that can be incorporated into your meal. The document even give you seasoning choices for the different types of regional flavor profiles. There are hundreds of combinations that you could make.
