It's time to get KAOtic with KAOS Volleyball and Fitness. What is KAOS and how can I help you reach your athletic and fitness goals?
Welcome to KAOS Volleyball and Fitness!! KAOS Volleyball and Fitness is me, Karlynn A. Only-Sydnor. It has been a long time dream of mine to share my knowledge of volleyball and fitness by training those around me and you, my KAOS Community.
I chose the name KAOS because it is my name but it also represents how life can feel when trying to balance family, school or work, healthy habits and fitness. But this does not have to bad KAOS. When organized into a plan or schedule that is easy to follow it can be good. I want to help with that.
For my volleyball players I want to provide you with performance training and skill work so that you can excel on the court at any playing level. I will use my court and performance training knowledge to push you on and off the court. My volleyball performance training is based on NASM's OPT* model designed to make you faster, jump higher and hit harder, while also giving you the conditioning you need to prevent major injuries. It is important to me that I am able to reach as many of you as possible and make you the best volleyball player on the court.
For you that are trying to improve yourself by losing weight, toning up or building muscle, I want to provide you with personal training that help achieve your goals and maintain the results to gain from my program. The fitness training like the volleyball performance training is based on NASM's OPT* model designed to locate problem areas, correct them and maintain the improvements.
If you have not done so already, take a look at my packages, then send me a message with your questions. I am so excited to meet you and cannot wait to help you successfully progress through my program. It will be challenging and possibly a little painful but the rewards will be well worth it.
